Shoebox Zoo tells the story of a mournful Eleven Year Old Marnie McBride whom has been dragged half way across the world by her father from her home in Colorado to live in Scotland after the tragic death of her mother.

On the day of her Eleventh birthday; Marnie ventures into a mysterious old Junk shop, prompted by her father whom years to find a rare first edition.

Upon wandering around a very old clock suddenly strikes eleven, drawing Marnie’s Attention to a dusty and tattered old shoebox and is prompted by the strange old shop keeper to take a look.

After opening the shoebox, Marnie finds exquisite figurines of an eagle, a snake, a bear and a wolf that have become tarnished with 11 centuries worth of dust and debris...... You can only imagine how shocked she is after taking them home and cleaning them up that she somehow managed to magically bring them to life!

Now she finds herself on a very difficult quest to find a book of forbbiden knowledge with only a crazy old wizard advising her and the shoeboxers by her side and this eleven year old girl whom was born on the eleventh day of the eleventh month at the eleventh hour and minuet that she is the chosen one whom is destined to help the shoebox zoo write their wrongs and help them regain their human forms! ✨❤️😁
